Last Friday evening, March 22nd, 2024, after Stations of the Cross the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus served-up a new and unique menu item for this Lenten Season. Fish Tacos with lime cream sauce and all the fixings were on the final menu of the season. This festive main course was supported with fresh tortilla chips, warm cheese dip, salsa and a bit of hot sauce for those willing to risk their taste buds. You could feel and hear the excitement in the food serving line as folks were anxious to bite into those fish tacos! Over 130 parishioners were in attendance as the Knights raffled off restaurant gift cards and a children’s toy along with the famous 50/50 raffle. A good time was had by all.
The Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus want to THANK all the parishioners who attended this year’s Lenten Meals and helped make the evenings a success! We also extend our appreciation to the Holy Spirit Office Manager and Evangelization Director for helping us with scheduling and advertising this year. It was truly a team effort.
