Parishioners at Holy Spirit church were in for a vegetarian treat last Friday evening as the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus cooked up (mildly) spicy jambalaya, vegetarian style of course. Homemade corn bread, salad and cheese pizza rounded out the Southern Louisiana cuisine proudly prepared by the hard working Knights of Columbus.
