Last Wednesday evening with the help of a few parishioners and community volunteers, the Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus packed 360 boxes of food for seniors in the Sioux Falls community. The evening was a busy one breaking down pallets of food items and packaging the items into what Feeding South Dakota calls Senior Boxes. These boxes are then distributed by Feeding South Dakota to the local community members who qualify. Thank You to all the parishioners, community members and the dozen Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus who volunteered last Wednesday evening! Now we know how many Knights it takes to pack 360 boxes of food!
