SHP Bed Build

A total of 210 beds have been delivered to Pine Ridge and Rosebud in a partnership between Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), South Dakota Knights of Columbus and Catholic Daughters from the Sioux Falls Diocese and the Rapid City Diocese since the program began in 2021.
Parishes in Pastorate 8 will gather to do another build at St. Thomas More Parish in Brookings on May 18 with a goal to build 100 SHP beds that day (morning and afternoon work shifts).
Donations are appreciated. It takes about $150 to resource the materials for each bed. If you’d like to donate to provide beds to those who need them, send donations to 1700 8th St. S., Brookings SD, attn: Bed Build. Make checks out to KofC.
